1. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We provide custom embroidered and printed workwear, uniforms and related products.

As many of our items are made-to-order and personalised, product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, positioning and sizing may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

2. ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product.

Orders are only accepted once full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, logo accuracy, sizes and artwork approval before confirming the order.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We are not VAT registered.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Risk passes to the customer once goods are dispatched.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom embroidered and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, images, text and designs, is the property of Workwear Clothes4U unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workwear Clothes4U shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
