At Workwear Clothes4U we take pride in producing high-quality custom embroidered and printed workwear. As most of our products are made to order and personalised, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Personalised & Custom Products
The majority of our products are custom-made and personalised with embroidery or print.
Due to the personalised nature of these items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

The item is damaged upon arrival

We have made an error with your order
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Non-Personalised Items
We accept returns for non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

In original condition and packaging

With proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges where possible.

6. Order Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for approving artwork, spelling, sizing, and logo placement before production.
We are not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer.
7. Important Notice
We only accept returns for faulty or incorrect items in relation to personalised products.
Due to the nature of custom embroidered and personalised workwear, these items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
This policy is in line with UK regulations regarding custom-made goods.
